Danielle Scott Cosmetic Tattoo has rebranded to D’Air by Danielle
My patience and gentle approach to eyeliner tattooing will have you feeling comfortable from beginning to end. Cosmetically tattooed eyeliner can be as natural or dramatic, as subtle or defined as you need depending on your colouring, age and preference. Top and bottom eyeliner tattoos can be fine or wide lines, winged or tapered above or dotted in between lashes, giving the eyes beautiful definition.
During a thorough consultation, I will ascertain what it is you are trying to achieve from your new eyeliner treatment. We then proceed onto colour selection. Once chosen, the treatment begins.
After the treatment, you will be given after care instructions and a personal after-care pack with all you need to best take care of your new investment. 2 appointments are always needed for all new clients and are included in the cost. Your 6-12 week adjustment appointment will be scheduled at the end of you initial treatment appointment.
Your cosmetic tattoo eyeliner treatment will appear approximately 50% darker during the first week and will then heal to be approx. 50% lighter. The Eyeliner may appear slightly thicker during your first week due to the epithelial top layer (crust) expanding a little before it lightly sheds. As soon as this layer flakes off, your new eyeliner will look fabulous and continue to develop and settle in colour over the next 4 week.
I use a topically numbing gel so pain is very minimal. Throughout your cosmetic tattoo treatment I will check with you to see if you are in any discomfort. My clients usually rate any discomfort at about 2 out of 10, if that.
Some people experience minor swelling and or redness immediately after which can last up to 24 hours however this can be so minimal that most clients feel comfortable enough to return to work immediately after. Yes, you can drive immediately after, even after an eyeliner treatment.
Cosmetic tattoo treatments are semi-permanent which means they will be there longer than 3 months but will fade over time. There are many factors that can determine the life of your tattoo. Colour, intensity, skin, age, lifestyle, technique and more can all play a part in the life of your tattoo. Your technician should make you aware of the potential fade out of your cosmetic tattoo treatment.
A rough guide is available at the bottom of each technique/treatment page.
Yes. It is generally the same but a I use a lighter, quieter machine called a rotary pen and my pigments are formulated differently for a fade-out factor.
