48hrs + prior to scheduled appointment - full refund of deposit (online booking cancelations will incur a $10 admin fee)
Within 48 hrs - 24 hrs prior to scheduled appointment - 50% of scheduled service cost
Within 24 hrs prior to scheduled appointment - 100% of scheduled service cost
If you have a previous eyebrow tattoo treatment from another technician and are wanting it refreshed, you must attend a consultation for a non-refundable fee of $50 to ascertain eligibility.
